FECHA
Saint Of The Day:

John Chapman,
better known as Johnny Appleseed.

Today is Johnny Appleseed Day, and the 150th anniversary of Johnny Appleseed's death, in Allen County, Indiana, on March 11, 1847. Chapman planted countless orchards througout rural America and as far west as the Ohio Valley.

He was also a protector of wildlife and regarded by Native Americans as a great medicine man. Model: Chapman's generous spirit. If the world is divided into two kinds of people, givers and takers, Johnny Appleseed was a giver. He never cared about making money.

He just wanted to share, and he found something good to share: red, rosy apples. What will you find to share? March 11 - John Chapman, better known as Johnny Appleseed. Your Birthday Today:

February 9
Day of Uplifting Spirit
Aquarius

Pros
Interesting, Vibrant, Productive

Cons
Unfocused, Troubled, Self-pitying

Action Jackson. If you were born on February 9, you always want to be where the action is. Ruled by the number 9 and the planet Mars, you are a powerful influence on others. Spontaneous and unbridled, you can be very productive if you focus your considerable energy.

The uplifter. Amongst friends and family, you are a beacon of positive energy and often relied on to cheer up others. You understand the problems others face with wisdom and compassion. A survivor yourself, you can use painful experiences from your past to inspire others. You also have a way of turning life's lemons into lemonade.

The battle within. You may feel beaten down by your experiences, but you strive to remain upbeat and lively. You are a fighter, constantly at war with the dark and light side of your personality. This can make you explosive and unpredictable. When you are in a good mood, it radiates from you like the sun's rays. When you're not, others better beware the storm.

It requires much willpower for you to bring the darker elements of yourself to the surface. Many February 9 people are prone to self pity, so alcohol and other depressants should be avoided.

Advice for Feb niners: Don't let negative people bring you down. Save some energy so you don't burn out. Think carefully of the advice you dispense.
